At Synclead, we value our customers and aim to ensure that you are satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may be eligible for a refund for any of our paid services. By purchasing a subscription or service from Synclead, you agree to abide by this policy.

1. Subscription Plans
Synclead offers subscription-based services for both scheduling and email productivity tools. The features, pricing, and duration of these subscriptions are clearly outlined on our pricing page and in your account settings. Please review the following refund terms before purchasing:

Monthly Subscriptions: Subscriptions billed on a monthly basis are non-refundable once the payment has been processed. This aligns with common payment practices, and certain transaction fees may apply for refunds.

Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions are eligible for a refund within the first 14 days of purchase, provided that no significant usage of the service has occurred. After the 14-day period, no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the subscription term.
For enterprise plans, each plan may include distinct terms and conditions as stipulated in the contract.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

Technical Issues: If Synclead’s platform is experiencing severe, continuous technical issues that significantly affect your ability to use the services, and we are unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable time frame.

Accidental Purchases: If you unintentionally purchased the wrong subscription plan and notify us within 48 hours of the purchase.

Service Unavailability: If Synclead is unable to deliver the service for reasons that are within our control (e.g., long-term outages).

3. Ineligibility for Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of Mind: If you decide that you no longer wish to use Synclead after the payment has been processed, no refund will be issued.

Partial Usage: If you have used Synclead services for any duration but wish to cancel partway through a billing cycle, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the cycle.

Failure to Cancel: It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to use Synclead. Failure to do so will result in continued charges, and no refund will be provided for unused services.

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@synclead.io. In your refund request, include the following information:

  • Your full name and email address associated with the account
  • The subscription plan or service purchased
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any relevant supporting information (e.g., details of technical issues)

Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Please note that if a refund is issued, the processing fees from the original transaction will not be returned by Stripe.

Refund Processing Timeline: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Communication About Refunds: You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund request.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your credit card company or initiate a chargeback without first contacting Synclead for a resolution, your account may be suspended. We encourage you to reach out to us before initiating any disputes to resolve the matter directly.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy
Synclead reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the updated policy.
